MKCC EQUIP

Equip means “To supply (someone) with what is needed in order to effectively complete a task or action“

The MKCC Equip website exists to provide individuals and churches with information and resources to help them in their work.

The 2 key components of Equip are:

1. A collection of free resources that are produced and used by the pastoral team here at MKCC. These resources can be used within your church to help grow your ministry and develop your members.

2. Events that are designed to inform, motivate, challenge and mobilise staff, volunteers and members who are committed to serving others and are seeking to be fully devoted in their relationship with Christ.

We believe that as a church we are called to Equip others.

Ephesians 4:11-12 talks about the different ministries in the church that “equip” the church and build it up

2 Timothy 3:16-17 outlines that the Bible is the basis for “equipping” people for every good work

Hebrews 13: 20-21 is Paul’s blessing for the Christian to be “equipped” by God.

We believe that ‘equipping’ is ongoing; it is a continuous process of learning and growth. We will never be perfect this side of eternity, but this shouldn’t stop us from learning and growing more daily.

Our teams at MKCC achieve this by digging deeper daily in order to build their relationship with God, to get great ideas and work on recording what works, grows and inspires others on their personal journey. All this goes onto the Equip Website!
